I am a non-ESGE member - How much does it cost to register for ESGE Days
Registration for non-members is €350 before the early-bird deadline and €550 after the early-bird deadline. Onsite registration costs €600 for non-members. You can register through this link for the congress on the ESGE Days 2019 website.
Where is the faculty hotel?
The official faculty hotel is situated adjacent to the ESGE Days 2019 location: Corinthia Hotel Prague, Kongresová 1, Prague 4, 140 69, Czech Republic.
If you visit the accommodation page of the ESGE Days website, you will find links which will allow you to directly contact the faculty hotel plus several other hotel options directly to make reservations at specially arranged delegate rates.
I am a nurse endoscopist/nurse member of an endoscopy team, how do I register for ESGE Days at the reduced nurses rate?
ESGENA members are eligible to receive a reduced fee of €130 for ESGE Days 2019. Should you not be a member of ESGENA, it is possible to join as individual member for €15. In order to apply, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the ESGENA website.
I am a member of ESGE and am currently 35, but will be 36 at the time of the congress – can I still register at the fellow in training rate?
If you make the registration before you turn 36, then there is no problem registering for ESGE Days 2019 as fellow in training.
Please note that to register at the fellow in training rate you need to be an ESGE / CGS / ES SGS member. ESGE Trainee membership is €95 (per year) and you can apply for trainee membership via the ESGE website.
I am a fellow in training, but I am not an ESGE Member, can I register for the fellow in training rate (€130)?
Unfortunately, if you are not a member of ESGE (or CGS / ES SGS), you are not eligible to receive the fellow in training rate.
We would suggest that you become an ESGE Trainee member (€95) – you can join online here: https://www.esge.com/individual-membership.html. This will allow you to register for the congress at the fellow in training rate (€130). In total, one year of ESGE membership plus ESGE Days registration (95+130=€225) still works out to be cheaper than if you were to register at the normal delegate rate.
If you decide to join ESGE (you can find out more about the member benefits here: https://www.esge.com/individual-membership.html, once your membership is confirmed, you will receive access codes which will allow you to register for the reduced fees for fellows.
I would like to make a group booking – how can I do this and what rates will be charged?
When you know how many people (and the breakdown of members and non-members) please contact the secretariat at: email@example.com
I would like a travel grant to support my trip to Prague
Travel grants will be awarded to authors (aged 40 or younger) of the top abstracts. Notification of those who will receive awards will be circulated in December 2018. If you have already registered for the congress and find that you have been awarded an ESGE travel grant (which includes free congress registration), a refund of your registration fees will be arranged.
