If you visit the accommodation page of the ESGE Days website, as of September 2019 you will find links which will allow you to make hotel reservations at specially arranged delegate rates.
If you are a member of The European Society of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Nurses and Associates (ESGENA), you are entitled to a reduced fee of €130 for ESGE Days 2020. If you are not yet an ESGENA member, we would recommend you to join this society at an annual fee of €15. To do so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the ESGENA website.
In order to take advantage of the Young endoscopist fee, you are required to be under 36 years old on the first day of the congress, April 23, 2020.
Please note that to register at the “Young endoscopist” rate you need to be an ESGE / BSG / ISG member. ESGE Trainee membership is €95 (per year) and you can apply for trainee membership via the ESGE website.
Unfortunately, if you are not a member of ESGE (or BSG / ISG), you are not eligible to receive the ”Young endoscopist” rate.
We would suggest that you become an ESGE Individual member: standard (195€) or trainee (€95) or via dual membership programme. More information and online application forms can be found at: https://www.esge.com/individual-membership.html. To register for the congress at the ”Young endoscopist” rate (€130) you need to be 35 years old or under at April 23, 2020.
Please note that membership application process might take up to ten working days and incorporating your ESGE ID number into ESGEDays registration system up to 5 working days. Only after your membership application has been approved and fee received, your membership will be confirmed and you will be provided with your ESGE ID number, which allows you to register as ESGE member.
ePosters. Should your abstract be accepted you will be able to upload an extended version. If your abstract is accepted for oral presentation, your talk will either take place in a meeting room or at one of the ePoster podiums.
Yes, catering is offered during the lunch and coffee breaks and during the welcome reception
Accepted abstracts will be published online in the journal Endoscopy.
Yes, if you are a student you may register to the additional courses (Hands-on Training and Academic Skills Course). The fee for the Hands-on training is €100 per session for non-member and €70 per session for members of ESGE / BSG and ISG. The fee for the Academic Skills Course is €70 per session for non-member and €50 per session for members of ESGE / BSG and ISG.
Your ESGE Identification number can be found in your ESGE member’s area profile. Please log in to ESGE members area at esge.com and go to “Edit your profile”section within “Your dashboard”. The ID number is displayed just above your name. It consists of eight digits.
If you were ESGE member before 2017 you might be still using your previous ID number (five or six digits). In 2017 ESGE moved to a new membership platform and all previous IDs have been replaced by new, longer ones (eight digits). Please read FAQ 6 on how to find your current ID number.
ESGE Days registration system is not directly combined with ESGE membership platform. This means your ID number needs to be incorporated into registration system to be recognised. This might take up to 5 working days after you have been sent membership welcome letter.
ESGE provides and invitation letter only to registered participants who have paid the registration fee.
