According to ESGE policy and health and safety regulations, registration and/or admission to the Congress itself (all scientific sessions, exhibition area, meeting and catering spaces etc.) is restricted exclusively to participants who are 18 years of age or older.
Childcare Services
ESGE is pleased to provide, for the second year in a row, professional childcare services onsite at the CCIB. Providing affordable childcare to all delegates is an important initiative from our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Working Group. We hope many parents make use of this service, enabling you to attend ESGE Days 2025 while juggling your comitments to your child(ren).
In 2025, ESGE will partner with Noah's Ark International Daycare Center to offer participants the possibility to bring their children with them to Barcelona and the CCIB.
Registration Process:
During your registration to ESGE Days 2025, you will be asked if you are interested in utilising the childcare services. You will then be sent a special link allowing you to book the childcare you require, along with further details regarding the services. Places are limited and early childcare registration is recommended. On-site bookings will also be possible however we recommend booking in advance, as places are subject to availability and will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Important housekeeping notes:
• The service is offered to ESGE Days 2025 delegates including registered corporate partner personnel
• The Childcare Service is located in close to the main registration area
• Children from 6 months -to 12 years of age are welcome
• Childcare may be booked in blocks of 4 hours – any number of blocks may be booked per child
• Children must be taken out of the Childcare Services for meals (water, yoghurt and fresh fruit snacks will be available)
• Parents are requested to provide nappies and anything specific that their children may need (excluding medicines)
• Age-appropriate activities will be organised by Noah’s Ark International Daycare Center
• The working languages of the ESGE Days 2025 Childcare Services are English and Spanish
• Noah’s Ark International Daycare Center staff are not authorized to administer medicine to children.

Wednesday, April 2, 2025: 12:00 – 19:30
Thursday, April 3, 2025: 08:15 – 17:30
Friday, April 4, 2025: 08:15 – 18:30
Saturday, April 5, 2025: 08:45 – 14:30
Fees:
Childcare can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours @ EUR 20 for 4 hours. Any number of 4-hour blocks can be booked.
