Press Release: Obesity treatment research
New research presented at ESGE Days in Milan found endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty was associated with greater short-term weight loss than oral semaglutide in adults with obesity, with patients achieving 12.7% weight loss at 6 months compared with 8.7%.

Whether you arrive by bike, train, public transport, or shared car to avoid flights, stop by the Welcome Centre to collect your Green Pin.
Simply show a photo taken during your journey en route and receive a small thank‑you gift. We also invite you to share your journey on social media, and tag #ESGEGreenerDays.
Additionally, your conference registration includes a 3-day public transport pass valid across central Milan (zones Mi1–Mi3). The pass can be used on all major forms of public transport for three consecutive days.
